It warns you as you get close

You get a notification as you get close to an alert. Driving mode is coming soon: it will tell you the metres left, out loud too.

Is it legal?

Soplo doesn’t detect or jam speed cameras, which is what radar-detector bans cover. It only shows alerts shared by other drivers. Rules differ between countries, so check the local ones before you travel.

How much does it cost?

Soplo is 100% free, including CarPlay on compatible iPhones and vehicles. No subscriptions or payments: community alerts, the map, reports and votes are included, with a configurable radius of 1 to 50 km.

Do I need to sign up?

No. Open the app and you see the alerts straight away, without creating an account.

What do you do with my location?

We use it to show you the alerts in your area and to warn you when you get close to one. The alerts you post don’t carry your name.
